Job Description

PredictSpring has become a de facto standard in the retail industry for Modern POS and Omnichannel commerce. We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our executive leadership team and scale our new business and demand generation activities. As the CRO, you will develop, execute and lead sales and revenue growth opportunities to achieve the company's goals. You will be responsible for owning the entire revenue generation process and building consultative relationships with our internal and external stakeholders to solve strategic issues and generate sales opportunities. This role will be both strategic and hands-on, managing and working with the executive leadership team to develop new and advance current revenue models. This position reports directly to the Founder & CEO.

Responsibilities

Build, scale and lead sales, pre-sales and demand generation team’s globally.
Develop and own PredictSpring’s go-to-market strategy and new business ARR targets.
Create strategy to implement predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales processes using data analytics, and manage a consistent pipeline and forecasting methodology.
Leverage industry best practices including product-led growth strategy in enterprise context to scale customer acquisition.
Work with strategic partners to align on the sales pipeline and priorities.
Drive solutions with the customer success and product teams to optimize revenue margins.
Work with the CEO to optimize existing revenue models and create new revenue streams.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience managing a sales and pre-sales team globally.
Demonstrated success in sales strategy planning and execution.
Exceptional leadership and management skills.
Strong collaborator that works well cross functionally, across the company, and externally.
Experience leading sales team’s in Vertical SaaS.
Preferred experience in selling POS, commerce, payments or related technology platforms.
Ability to travel up to 25% (as required)
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree is a plus
