A leading automobile insurance holding company located in Brentwood, Tennessee seeks a dynamic Chief Financial Officer to drive financial strategy and capital management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

**Financial Management**

Oversee comprehensive internal and external financial reporting systems
Develop and maintain strategic KPIs and performance metrics
Design and deliver compelling investor presentations
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investor community
Collaborate with finance teams to optimize reporting efficiency

**Strategic Leadership**

Partner with C-Suite executives on financial strategy
Lead capital management and expansion initiatives
Drive process improvements across financial operations

Qualifications

**Education and Certifications**

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required
MBA or CPA strongly preferred

**Technical Skills**

Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation software
Working knowledge of database management systems (MS Access, SQL)
Experience with accounting software and general ledger systems

**Industry Experience**

Insurance industry background preferred
Proven track record in treasury or financial management
Strong analytical and leadership capabilities
