The Company’s consultants provide project management, data management, and strategic advisory services to various business units, including Gas, Electric, IT, Legal, and Vegetation Management. In addition, and very importantly, the Company has a legal technology business/e-Discovery capability that needs to be optimized. The unit provides e-Discovery services to a variety of clients, including state attorney’s general offices, law firms, and corporations, and which is shifting its strategy to focus more directly on providing those services to utility companies.
