About the Role:

Manager, Sales Operations will play a key role helping to lead the way in our growth evolution as a SaaS company. This person will assist in change management, support the Sales & Marketing organizations in improving infrastructure including tools, systems and analytics. As a key contributing member of the Sales Operations team, you will utilize your analytical/technical skills and business acumen to proactively maintain and enhance our day to day operations and administration. We are in search a self-starter who is intellectually curious and has a proven ability to seek out and develop innovative approaches to business problems/opportunities. You will partner and consult with Sales Leadership, Finance and Marketing Operations teams, and provide insights and guidance to inform decision-making.

What you will do:

Lead cross-functional projects using various data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
Develop, execute and manage projects, programs and initiatives that support PRO’s Global Sales team
Continuously look for process simplification to improve sales experience
Partner with Sales Leaders on visibility of evaluating performance/KPI’s via internal analytic tools, presenting written recommendations and insights to key stakeholders.
Supports data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
Manage multiple resources and projects concurrently to ensure successful completion of projects
Uses data to aid in decision making on territory planning, forecasting, etc.
Partners cross functionally with business partners including Marketing on sales enablement tool management and campaign execution (on SFDC side)
Perform special projects/ ad-hoc operational requests as assigned

What you will need:

3-5 years experience in sales operations &/or strategy-related consulting in a technology company
Excels at sales data management; makes data driven decisions
Adept Salesforce.com user
Excellent project management/multi-tasking skills
Strong communication skills; capable to speaking and presenting to C-suite executives (written and verbal)
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
