Working closely with the CRO, and Sales team, you will own our CRM, sales forecasting, and performance reporting, while supporting key commercial decisions on quotas, compensation plans, and pricing. You will also lead the redesign of our CRM to support our next stage of growth

This is a hands-on role combining analytical rigor, business acumen and operational excellence. You will support complex B2B sales cycles: long enterprise and defense deals, paid pilots, multi-year contracts, and a mix of hardware, software and services.

Forecasting & Performance Reporting
Build and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline analyses, and performance dashboards.
Deliver clear, reliable reporting and actionable insights to the CRO, CEO, and Board.
Monitor key commercial KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
Coordinate forecasting inputs and ensure consistency between pipeline data, commercial targets, and business projections.

Contribute to business planning and strategic analyses, including Board-level materials and commercial performance reviews where relevant.
Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and operational efficiency across the revenue cycle.
