We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Operations Senior Analyst to join our rapidly growing Global Revenue Operations team. Working horizontally across Prophix’s Global Sales Organization, Finance, Sales Enablement and Sales Management, this role will be responsible for driving operational integrity in the business and will be the forerunner in identifying actionable trends, challenges and opportunities.

Success in this role requires the ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced culture. You will work on a variety of projects executed to support the overall effort to increase sales capacity and sales productivity at Prophix.

You will work to rapidly ramp on in-flight projects with major milestones approaching, expertly build influential relationships with key project stakeholders at all levels in the organization, and work effectively to help balance different - and sometimes competing - priorities to ensure our collective success.

What You Will Do at Prophix

Support development of KPI’s.
Monitor and report on key sales performance indicators across regions and team, and individual territories.
Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
Present actionable information and insights in a timely manner the sales team and sales management.
Assist in sales capacity management and quota setting process.
Assist in the management of the global new business and renewal forecasting process.
Assist with territory analysis and management.
Assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to processes/systems to fix root causes.
Expand on and develop new operational models around deal management and internal sales processes.
Drive work effort by working cross-functionally with project and business stakeholders.
Support overall risk mitigation efforts by helping to identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation recommendations.
Support the financial planning process as related to sales.
Provide on-going support and analysis for the Sales team.
Collaborate as needed with other cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
3-5 years of direct experience in roles responsible for supporting sales and working with sales management and sales leadership, preferably in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis or Operations Analysis.
Experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting or sales finance, preferably in a SaaS or B2B, high-tech, fast-paced environment.

Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere through often multiple obstacles.
Ability to problem solve and identify root causes.
Advanced Salesforce Report Writing skills an asset.
Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) skills.
Excellent organization skills.
