We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team!

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will closely work with the Sr. Manager Sales Operations in analyzing and evaluating sales rep performance and compensation, as well as plotting metrics against the Company’s operational plans and tactical/strategic goals to ensure alignment and focus.

Overview:

The Sales Operations Senior Analyst is a key player providing the structure and visibility needed to ensure the US sales teams drive maximum results. This person will provide sound analysis to help the team to surpass annual goals. Using reporting tools, the Sr. Sales Operations Analyst manages the calculations, development, distribution, and analysis of the US sales team’s compensation plan. They will provide support to the sales team related to the compensation plan, sales system troubleshooting, as well as performing system enhancement testing and development of CRM training. Key focus areas for this role will include compensation plan modeling, new account process flow/bottlenecks, and on-going region/territory/organizational structure and alignments. The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will operationalize and maintain all sales compensation reporting, compensation statements, signed compensation agreements, and payout analysis. Additional responsibilities may include, cross functional support, process evaluation and refinement, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities and capabilities:

Sales Compensation and Support

Evaluate sales plan performance in achieving business objectives and design new sales plans, in collaboration with HR, Finance, and Sales management
Support design, development, and implementation of motivating incentive compensation plans
Ensure quotas and incentive plans are implemented, and own the quarterly commission calculation process
Handle questions and queries regarding compensation
Administration, training, and communication of commission plans to the field
SOX documentation

Sales Analytics and Planning

Assist in alignment with our global organization, define and manage key metrics and analytics related to sales activity
Analyze, document, and advise on current and future business process models, opening of new territories, managing of key accounts & GPOs
Develop ad hoc or on demand analyses to deliver business intelligence insights to sales leadership and marketing
Work closely with the Sr. Manager Sales Operations in helping to customize as needed Tableau and manage reporting
Suggest continuous improvement of reporting tools and review processes

Cross Functional Analytics and sales impact

In liaison with Marketing, monitor implementation of strategic growth programs and marketing investments and provide assessments as to sales impact and return of investment
Combine data output of digital outreach programs provided by marketing (web traffic, SEO effectiveness) with patient related metrics (i.e. StratX uploads) and regional or accounts revenue impacts
Ad hoc work with the business and marketing to develop and create business cases to warrant program investments for business benefit

Territory Planning

Assist with the assessment and optimization of sales territories in the US.
Manage sales alignment and territory changes related to accounts and historical records.

Other

Provide on-going and dedicated support to executive team and sales leaders
User acceptance testing related to system enhancements
Training development
Data integrity of information in company CRM and business intelligence tools.

Requirements:

Having strong technical skills, business intelligence acumen, financial capabilities and a full understanding of the needs of the internal customers
Strong presentation and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding business requirements and translating them into specific monitoring and management tools
Analyzing and documenting the required data and information, being able to extrapolate trends and daring to draft conclusions “that the data show” and recommend actions
Mastering of key IT analysis tools to perform tasks
Effective communication and interface with sales, marketing, finance and other roles to gather and collect information and feedback reports and analysis
Strong organizational, time management, detail orientation, and prioritizing skills. Able to work independently without close supervision
Able to work effectively across our organization and thrive within a fast-paced and exciting team environment.

Role Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other analytical area of study.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales / Services Operations, Order Management, Customer Services, Planning, or Finance for Medical Devices or Healthcare industries
