The Sales Operations Manager will provide analytical and project management support to mainstream sales division. This role focuses on key deliverables including oversight of the forecasting process, analytical reporting through syndicated data & customer portal, and providing updates/ insights for sales performance and sales trends.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

Collaborate with the sales team and SCM team to support “bottom up” sales forecasting process to align with demand & supply.
Serve as liaison between field sales team and SCM regarding product supply.
Prepare and analyze MTD and YTD sales reports labeled by customer, MTD sales by customer vs forecast, MTD and YTD syndicated data by customer, and update MTD and YTD forecasting tracker.
Manage Syndicated data (Nielsen) and various customer portal data (ex: Retail Link, 84.51) to bring insights into products and retailers performance through a standardized monthly reporting process.
Support mid-term planning and annual planning process.
Provide analytical support, manage project timeline and prepare additional reports.
Manage and development of one sales analysts.
Domestic travel: up to 20%
Additional responsibilities as required.

Skill/Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or Marketing.
5 years of relevant work experience in sales analytics within a CPG organization, pulling syndicated data, managing budgets and providing analytical insight.
Strong financial acumen.
Time management skills to manage competing and changing priorities.
Ability to developed data analysis skills, problem solving, and use principles of logic to generate results.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, pivot table and data base management a must.
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
