RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to improve sales and customer service, such as creating online promotions or new product offerings
Manage and optimize the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
Lead designers and a team of third-party contractors providing guidance and support
Oversee inventory management, ensuring product availability and accurate stock levels
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for improvement

Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in developing infrastructure and scaling DirectToConsumer brand and/or Wholesale channels
Growth marketing and developing engagement strategies
Negotiation skills to drive revenue growth
Proficiency in marketplace management (Amazon), market analysis, and customer service

Pay: $69,639.61 - $78,948.77 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
