The Sales Operations organization is responsible for developing standardized commercial processes across divisions, including pricing, contract administration, forecasting, sales pipeline management, commercial analytics, and sales support.

As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to the sales organization, such as preparing sales presentations, business review presentations, strategic account plans, sales reports, pricing proposals and request for quote responses. You will be interacting with and supporting our commercial team and may be involved in customer-facing interactions.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

Develop customer presentations. This includes compiling information, organizing the content of the presentation, and formatting the presentation in a polished and professional style. Examples include Quarterly Business Reviews, Sales Presentations, and Capability Overviews.
Assist with the development of customer proposals, including Requests-for-Information (RFI) and Requests-for-Quote (RFQ) submissions.
Assist with the development of sales strategy reports and documents, such as Strategic Account Plans.
Perform business analysis across business units to help the organization understand performance and trends.
Work internally with Sales and Sales Operations as needed to respond to customer requests, questions, and concerns.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word is a requirement.
Strong verbal, written, problem-solving & critical-thinking skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize, organize, and follow through.
Work in a team environment with a can-do attitude.
Supply Chain, Logistics, and Chemical Industry experience a plus.
Power BI and CRM experience a plus.
