POSITION SUMMARY

The employee will learn the technology sold by Rancher Government Solutions, Inc. They will utilize their strong customer service skills to attain the goal of becoming a trusted advocate for our customers. Renewal quote preparation, follow up calls, emails and meetings are a large part of this position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish new customer account information by validating their account name, creating Zendesk account for the customer and creating POD and delivering technical POC once an order is invoiced.
Develop and maintain long-term strong customer relationships to be a trusted advisor to the customer.
Ensure that the customer experiences an easy onboarding process of our solutions which includes setting up the onboarding call, create and review PPP and schedule follow ups as necessary.
Collaboration with cross-functional groups within the organization to further develop customer relationships.
Adhere to service level agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Schedule and lead quarterly sync up calls with customers and support team including taking notes on all calls.
Prepare quotes, review due dates and work to bring in subscription renewal revenue.
Leverage fields sales team and partners to help bring in timely renewals.
Understand and follow all process and procedures for required RGS sales operations and systems.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience working with customer renewals.
Strong presentation, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are needed.
Ability to problem solve and respond timely to customer needs.
Understanding of business and sales operations process and practices.
Strong negotiation of pricing and spotting opportunities to upsell.
