Job Description

As a Sales Operations Coordinator at RangeForce you’ll be an integral part of our sales team ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department functions. Working across multiple teams to support sales productivity. These include but are not limited to sales productivity, planning, reporting and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes with Sales and other functions within the Company.
Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency with processes.
Creates and takes ownership over key dashboards and reports used for monitoring and tracking the business
Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
Helps drive discipline and accuracy around CRM data entry and pipeline management.
Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
Assists in ad-hoc list, report, dashboard creation based on the Sales Teams needs.
Partners with Sales Management to ensure onboarding is a smooth process and new hires are set up with the systems and tools to be successful.
Willingness to help out on ad-hoc projects as needed.

Experience & Qualifications:

Two years sales operations experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
Very strong understanding of the SalesForce platform with the ability to build custom reports, processes, formula fields, manage integrations, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in an action-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment.
Start-up experience preferred.
Working experience with tools similar to the following: Hubspot, Salesloft, Gong, Sendoso, etc.
