The Business Operations Analyst II will report directly to the Manager of Business Operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, forward thinker who is proactive and passionate about Operational process improvement.

Responsibilities

Identify improvement opportunities and execute implemented Sales Operations processes todrive efficiency, revenue growth, and overall sales team effectiveness
Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and process improvements
Reconciling customer data between multiple systems and identifying data discrepancies.
Plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all platforms
Manages multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Proactive and self-starter who can tackle new challenges in a culture of continuous development
Analyze CRM data and manage changes for multiple Business Development partners
Contribute to the development and enhancement of forecasting and orders review process
Analyze and track critical KPIs for revenue generating sales
Takes direction with an eager mindset to help drive sales efficiency and order execution
Facilitate resolving sales operations issues and inquiries.
Manage response to RFQs and send quotes directly to customers as needed
Develop and maintain Sales Orders in SAP
Assist in the processing of reseller agreements, NDAs, and compliance forms

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a similar role, executing on tactical tasks daily
Proficient in CRM software tools and practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proven expertise in Excel with ability to analyze and manipulate data
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Some travel required (up to 10%)

Desired Qualifications

Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Direct Government contracting experience

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer.
Manual dexterity for using a keyboard, mouse, and office equipment.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally for office-related tasks.
Clear vision and focus for reviewing data, documents, and reports on screens and in print.
Ability to communicate clearly in person, via phone, and through digital platforms.
Occasional walking, bending, or reaching to access files, office supplies, or meeting spaces.
Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%), which may include walking, standing, and carrying materials during business engagements.
