This is an exciting time to join our expanding Sales Operations team a s we scale to support our sales organisatio n . The Sales Ops function are responsible for managing the policies, processes , systems and tools that allow our sales teams to succeed.

The R Ole

Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for the end to end delivery of our Sales Compensation process. This a role that is global in scope and offers the successful candidate the chance to influence a key element in the success of our sales organisation.

We are looking for someone to evolve and support a world-class sales compensation process . This starts with sale quota and bonus plan design , the creation of individual sales compensation plans, calculation of achievement, and timely, accurate, high-value reporting for the business and for plan participants.

Core Responsibilities

To analyse and structure efficient compensation and bonus schemes that are at the same time fair, challenging and which support Redgate’s business objectives
To assist in the modelling and creation of sales quotas
Prepare annual and quarterly compensation plans for all participants and ensure these are distributed and returned in good time.
Day to day administration of the compensation scheme
Manage and resolve compensation queries
Support the monthly financial accruals process
Provide analytics and reporting which assess the success and effectiveness of the sales compensation scheme
Help maintain the commission and bonus scheme rule book

What makes you Redgate’s Sales Compensation Specialist ?

You will have significant experience in the area of sales compensation design and administration , in a B2B organisation, ideally in the software industry .
Experience of working in either Sales or Finance Ops
Advanced analytical skills with an excellent degree of numeracy and creativity
Strong attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills a must
Diplomacy and resilience coupled with strong communication and influencing skills
Experience with a compensation management tool such as Xactly, Spiff or Incent would be a major advantage.
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Experience in a subscription based business a plus

Package

Salary of £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
