The Opportunity (This is a hybrid opportunity in NYC with option to transition to remote)

The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for aligning the processes involved in the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sales to renewal—across teams. This person will continuously optimize and refine these processes to improve revenue performance. Working with the heads of customer facing teams like sales, marketing, business development, and customer success, the Rev Ops Manager will identify opportunities and implement solutions to optimize our systems to better support the customer lifecycle to drive revenue growth and forward other stated strategic goals. The RevOps Manager will have oversight of systems design and administration used to drive the customer lifecycle, including CRM administration, connected tools, automations, and integrations that are used to drive results. RevOps Manager will also play a critical role in data analysis on our clients and prospects to inform strategies that maximize revenue growth.

Develop systems and processes that optimally align the workflows of sales, marketing, and customer success.
Design, implement and maintain CRM and connected systems
Research and develop solutions to automate tasks, improve efficiency and maximize revenue
Document workflows across teams and identify improvements
Implement improvements that have been identified
Provide support and training to team members for changes and upgrades to internal processes and systems
In some cases, work with appropriate vendors or subject matter experts to complete larger projects.
Minimal travel may be required annually
Other duties as assigned.

What you will need to be successful

Expert in Salesforce CRM administration, configuration, and workflow automation (lightning version, must be at least highly skilled in flow builder and have some experience with external services)
Knowledge of B2B SaaS business models and experience working at one or more companies in the space, preferably in a RevOps, sys admin, and/or deal desk capacity.
Experience with automation tools, such as MS PowerAutomate
Strong ability to analyze datasets and translate them into actionable plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to design and manage complex projects that span multiple teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Three to five years prior experience in a similar position.
