RefractOne Platform

An AI GTM Intelligence Platform: the intelligence layer for GTM agents and GTM teams. It covers 90M+ companies and 500M+ executives, replacing a costly stack of data and intelligence tools with one source of truth.

RefractOne GTM Services

The role blends classic research rigour with the RefractOne platform's AI and data, so clients get faster, sharper and more scalable insight than a traditional agency can offer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow the vertical

Define the service portfolio across B2B, consumer, quantitative and qualitative research, and package it into repeatable offerings.
Shape positioning and go-to-market for the practice with the sales and marketing teams.

2. Client aquisition and account growth

Act as the senior point of contact for key clients and grow accounts through repeat and expanded work.
Price projects accurately, balancing competitiveness, scope and margin.

3. Research design and methodology

Translate client business questions into clear research objectives and hypotheses.
Recommend the best methodology for each brief: quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews and focus groups, desk research, expert calls, mixed methods, or AI-led research.
Design sampling plans, questionnaires, discussion guides and analysis frameworks.
Advise clients on trade-offs between speed, cost, depth and statistical confidence.

4. End-to-end project delivery

Own delivery from kickoff to final readout: scope, timelines, budgets, fieldwork, analysis and reporting.
Ensure data quality, accuracy and confidentiality at every stage.
Turn findings into crisp, decision-ready insight and recommendations for CXO audiences.

5. Project and team management

Hire, lead and mentor a team of research managers, analysts and data specialists.
Run multiple projects in parallel with clear ownership, governance and reporting.
Build processes, templates and quality checks that let the practice scale.

6. Vendor management

Build and manage a network of panel providers, fieldwork agencies, recruiters, transcription and data partners across India and global markets.
Negotiate commercials, set SLAs and monitor vendor quality and cost.
Make build, buy or partner calls for research capabilities.

7. Statistics, data analysis, AI and analytics

Apply and oversee statistical methods: descriptive and inferential statistics, significance testing, regression, segmentation and clustering, factor analysis, conjoint and MaxDiff, driver analysis.
Use RefractOne's AI and data platform to speed up desk research, synthesis and insight generation.
Bring AI into the research workflow: LLM-assisted questionnaire design, text and sentiment analysis of open ends, automated coding, synthetic and predictive insights.
Work with product and engineering teams to turn research learnings into platform features and data products.
