Sales Operations is critical to helping increase seller productivity and revenue growth at Replicated. As the Manager of Sales Operations, you will own productivity, process, and execution across the Sales organization. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for creating and driving operational excellence within the sales organization.

With a solid understanding of our tools, best practices, strategy and market, you will be responsible for building a strong operating rhythm of planning, execution, automation and performance review and will be able to deliver a balance of data-driven and experience-driven insights and recommendations to leadership. You will work cross functionally within the Sales and Marketing teams and across the business

What you'll be doing:

Owner of Salesforce and other GTM related systems. Includes being responsible for use, integrations, customization, licenses, provisioning, renewals, cancellations etc.
- Sales and Marketing is your main customer ensuring all dashboards, fields, reporting are updated within various systems. Provide training and guidance to Sales and Marketing teams on how to use GTM systems effectively.
- The Finance department is also your customer ensuring that all tools and systems fit within the overall company budget. Collaborate with the Finance department to facilitate invoicing process and ensure accounting systems align with GTM systems, as applicable, experience connecting Salesforce to SaaSOptics to facility this is a plus.
Work closely with our Product and Data Engineering teams to ensure accurate data flows from all relevant systems.
Working with the Data Team and sales leaders on regular reporting of KPIs and top line metrics on a regular basis for the management team.

- Project managing the contracting and redlining process in collaboration with counsel and sales reps/management.
Work closely with business partners to review operational processes and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
Partner with Finance and People teams on various deliverables and projects
Commission/bonus plans: planning, creating, distributing, calculation of plans for the sales teams
Creation of related Board slides and metrics

What you bring to the role:

5+ years experience in Sales, Revenue and/or Marketing Operations
Highly data-driven with a history of analyzing data for insights and trends
History of using data to proactively make recommendations for improvement or change
Experience with many sales and marketing systems and tools, especially with SFDC
Superb project management skills, with a history of timely project completion, keeping all stakeholders up to date.
Experience working effectively in startup environments (constantly changing, fast paced)
Excellent attention to detail
Superior communication and collaboration skills. You are able to work cross functionally, with all levels of the organization, quickly gaining credibility in those relationships
