Resource Innovations is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales and proposal development teams. The Sales Operations Coordinator is a new role within Resource Innovations and provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic, innovative, and sales-driven organization.

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will help maintain and manage proposal content libraries in SharePoint, including qualifications, references, resumes, and other narratives and manage and maintain Resource Innovations’ company and contact information in various procurement sites. You will also help manage Salesforce data to verify data accuracy and completeness by engaging and interacting with opportunity leaders across Resource Innovations.

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a high-visibility role that will interact regularly with Resource Innovations’ executive team and functional groups across our organization to maintain and share accurate pipeline data and to ensure visibility into sales and proposal activity.

Duties and Responsibilities

Populate and update the Proposal Content Library by reviewing annotated proposals submitted by Proposal Managers to add as new or update content in the SharePoint Content Library, track expiring content to update proactively, review other sources of information for potential Content Library entries (e.g., the Resource Innovations internal newsletter, All Hands presentations)
Populate and update the proposal library by identifying expired resumes and working with owners to update and coordinate resume development for new hires, as appropriate, to develop RI-branded resumes
Ensures all Procurement Site Management locations are updated by working with subject matter experts across the organization to update expired procurement site profiles; tracking expiring procurement site requirements (e.g., insurance certificates) to update proactively
Lead the proposal archive process
Support Salesforce administration, including license management, IT security coordination, troubleshooting/issue resolution
Support Salesforce data quality management
Support the design, produce, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports from Salesforce to meet stakeholder needs
Collaborate with department stakeholders to develop, analyze, and maintain custom reports and dashboards to monitor performance and business processes
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field of study.
Three plus years of experience in proposal writing/copyediting or equivalent professional writing with demonstrated understanding of AP Style Guide
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and dynamic presentation skills
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
Preferred basic functional experience with Salesforce CRM, including data entry/management, as well as creating reports and dashboards
