The VP of Revenue Operations is responsible for driving synergies between the contributors to the revenue organization. This involves taking a detailed look at all tasks performed by these functions to develop ways to increase productivity and efficiency across the organization by leveraging data and analysis.

Primary job duties:

The position is a trusted advisor to GTM leadership and other customer-facing organization teams to develop and grow enablement tools and efficiencies to support the global revenue organization.
Work cross-functionally with key partners across sales, marketing, operations, and finance in developing a holistic view of GTM operational strategy and the current state of the business.
Define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success; align reporting, training, and incentive programs with these performance management priorities.
Partner to optimize data to enable better reporting and forecasting specifically tied to leads, demand generation, pipeline, bookings, attribution KPI’s, conversion and win rates, churn and loss analytics, and sales efficiency and productivity.
Partner with Operations and Marketing Operations on all GTM systems, including SFDC, 3rd party software providers, and proprietary software tools; implement new tools while sunsetting others to improve sales team productivity within our budgetary constraints.
Provide direction and make strategic decisions on sales onboarding, enablement systems, and overall revenue tech stack.
Partner on sales compensation plan administration while working closely with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources to establish rules, policies, and procedures.
Prioritized tasks & projects assigned to the Revenue Operations team in alignment with the strategic vision of senior leadership.
Develop and maintain a roadmap for the data operations within the Revenue Operations org.
Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team to meet the needs of the revenue organization effectively.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 15+ years of professional experience in high-growth technology / SaaS companies in a sales or revenue operations role
Demonstrated success leading a sales or revenue operations function through scale of $150M to $350M+
Experience with using data-driven insights to improve sales and marketing productivity and performance, including owning the analysis, defining key objectives, and problem-solving cross-functionality to achieve short- and long-term results
Ability to initiate cross-departmental company initiatives, gather divergent opinions, and build consensus around company strategy to accomplish shared goals'
Deep expertise in tools and processes for sales, sales enablement, & marketing operations
Experience building out and improving sales processes
Ability to communicate clearly at the appropriate altitude, depending on the audience. Able to narrate complex problems simply

Strong analytical capabilities, experience with large data sets, synthesizing insights and recommending actions from data
Proven experience in scaling process, optimizing and reporting from CRM Systems (HubSpot & Salesforce) and other CRM systems

Experience collaborating across several regions, functions and business management needs
