About the role:

We are continuously seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Deal Desk Managers to join RGC on consulting or FT hire basis for our clients. In these roles, you will be responsible for managing the deal review process, and ensuring that all sales deals are in compliance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with sales teams, finance, and legal departments to ensure that all deals are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Manage the deal review process, including reviewing and approving sales deals, pricing and discount requests, and contract terms and conditions
Ensure that all sales deals are in compliance with company policies and procedures
Collaborate with sales teams, finance, and legal departments to identify and resolve any issues with deals
Analyze data and provide insights to sales teams to improve the sales process and drive better results
Develop and maintain sales tools and resources to support the sales teams
Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to deal execution and compliance
Provide training and guidance to sales teams on company policies and procedures related to deal execution
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to continuously improve the deal review process

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales operations, deal management, or related field
Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing, and contract terms and conditions
Familiarity with CPQ tools such as SFDC CPQ/DealHub/RevOps.io
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite other data analysis tools
Experience working in a technology or SaaS company is a plus
