Overview
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be the strategic leader responsible for overseeing the financial health of our organization. You will drive financial planning, manage risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of financial acumen throughout the company. Your expertise in corporate finance and strategic planning will empower our growth initiatives and enhance our operational efficiency.

What you’ll do

Lead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manage mergers and acquisitions to ensure seamless integration and value creation.
Conduct thorough risk analysis to identify potential financial pitfalls and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and other regulatory requirements.
Supervise treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and expense management to optimize resource allocation.
Drive revenue management initiatives to enhance profitability while maintaining cost control measures.
Collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights through financial report interpretation and business analysis.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in senior leadership roles within finance or accounting functions.
Strong understanding of technical accounting principles including ASC 606 and COSO frameworks.
Demonstrated ability in financial modeling, analysis skills, and strategic planning.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in non-profit accounting or governmental accounting is a plus.
Familiarity with payroll management systems and public accounting practices.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record in business development.
