Brief Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to oversee and manage our retail sales operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the retail industry, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

About the roles and responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's retail footprint.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the retail industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
