We are looking for an experienced for our next Senior Sales Operations Specialist to provide high-capacity leverage to our Operations team and to support business decisions for the organization, including workflows in the sales tech stack, integration and optimization, and reporting.

THE ROLE

Work behind the scenes as the sales team’s business partner to optimize our existing sales processes and tools
Ensure that sales teams are successful in selling RRI's world-class events, products and coaching
Help the sales team focus on moving prospects through the sales funnel in the most efficient way possible by setting the standard of operational excellence in all things sales-related
Spearhead go-to-market strategy, sales tools and programs, and onboarding and continual learning initiatives
Partner with Sales Leaders and business partners such as Operations, Marketing, and Technology to implement and manage business processes, systems, tools, analysis, and reporting
Optimize sales business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own the Sales Operations Strategy and Implementation for the company
Own tools and technologies used by sales teams in their daily workflow (Salesforce, LinkedIn, Seamless, Outreach, Vidyard, etc.)
Drive functional dashboards, reporting and metrics by team and function (weekly, monthly, ad hoc)
Owns and manage the development of the Sales Engagement tool - Outreach
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create Outreach sequences and Email Templates when additional support is needed
Own the communication and delivery of results for all sales campaigns to Sales and Marketing Leadership
Lead all projects to develop a more seamless client experience through a smooth and efficient sales process
Maintain documentation on sales processes, policies and relevant sales reporting
Own the handoff between sales and marketing operations for all lead generation efforts and accountability

SALES SYSTEMS & PROJECTS:

Sales New Hire Enablement: Creates all content and pathways for learning based on role and level; guides new sales employees through their learning pathways; meets with all new hires to reinforce and coach on existing content
Sales Process Evolution: Provides key insights and recommendation for improvements in the sales process leveraging potential new technologies, sales flows or systems
Sales Tech Stack: Manages and maintains sales tech stack, including the vetting of new tools and technologies to stay on the cutting edge of sales conversion effectiveness
Sales Support Network: Owns the coordination of all sales and marketing operations and support resources toward common sales & marketing operational outcomes
Special Programs: Key business partner with the special program divisions (UHPW, Corporate Sales) to be able to optimize sales operation performance, efficiency and outcomes

TEAM TOOLS:

Blackthorn, Salesforce, Seamless, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeanData, Outreach and others when integrated
Owns the strategy, development, maintenance, direction, implementation and training of all above-mentioned sales tools and technologies

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of experience in a professional business or service company preferred.
Self-Development industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Strong people skills; able to build and maintain professional, trusting relationships with sales teams; able to quickly and effectively learn the Tony Robbins culture and uniqueness of the sales environment and adapt to various personality types and reporting levels.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills; proficient in Outlook, Salesforce, or a CRM framework.
Intermediate reporting skills in Excel and any other Reporting technology: Tableau, Power BI, is a plus
Willingness to learn, embrace, and represent Tony Robbins teaching and philosophies.
Experience with a sales tech stack such as Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, etc.
Experience managing feedback loops to events, product, and coaching departments.
