What You'll Do:

Manage all aspects of the Salesforce ecosystem
Integrate, build and maintain process across our tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zuora, LeanData, Groove, RingCentral, Spiff, Zendesk, Domo, and more)
Build dashboards, KPI's, and connect data from various sources
Partner with cross functional teams to support our growing go-to-market needs
Research, strategize and analyze sales data

What You've Done:

Experience (3-5 years) managing an entire instance of SFDC (Lighting preferred)
Experience with Zuora, CPQ, Oracle, or similar
Assessed and monitored sales team performance, offering training and guidance as needed
Used reporting/data to examine sales data and customer trends, generating sales forecasts
Created optimized sales processes by researching, analyzing and problem-solving to understand sales and consumer data

What You Have:

Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks
Leadership abilities to delegate tasks and support sales teams and sales operations specialists
Written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, other departments and upper management
Finely honed troubleshooting skills and the ability to understand complex business models
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
Technology skills to use CRM and automation tools in daily processes and act as a point of contact
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field

Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

The compensation band for this role is $100K to $120K, plus equity, and benefits for all team members. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for a variable bonus based on KPIs and goals.
