RxP is undergoing expansion and actively seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead our innovative solutions. We are in search of a dynamic individual who will play a pivotal role as both a vocal advocate and leader in shaping our company's long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Executive Leadership team to develop and execute the sales strategy.
Initiate, lead and drive sales activities with health plans, self-funded employer groups, third party administrators, brokers, consultants, drug manufacturers, and coalitions to sell our 340B and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solutions.
Identify potential new clients, manage discovery and solution development process, make pricing recommendations, draft, and deliver proposals, lead and organize finalist presentations.
Manage key stakeholders through the end-to-end RFP selling process; conduct a thorough, qualitative review of the RFP and proactively engage senior leadership, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts throughout the organization to provide insight and key details about the prospect to best position RxParadigm.
Finalize contract terms and support the accurate translation of the proposal into a contractual agreement.
Collaborate with Marketing on go to market campaigns, customer outreach, meeting preparation and other means of communication; work with sales operations to develop and maintain effective sales reporting cadence.
Actively participates in increasing the company’s visibility in target industry sectors and markets through business events, conferences, trade shows and seminars, networking and developing high value opportunities and business connections.
Gathers intelligence on emerging market and industry trends to provide an understanding of the competitive landscape and to position the company for increased effectiveness in winning new business.

Qualifications

Ability to travel based on business needs.
10+ years of business development/sales experience with proven record within PBM / Pharmacy / Health industry sales driving year-over-year profitable growth and client retention.
Experience with SaaS platform sales is strongly desired.
Strong independent accountability displaying follow-up and follow-through skills.
Current and substantive knowledge of PBM competitors, drug manufacturers, and an understanding of major industry sector trends.
Working knowledge of the 340B program
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and consultation skills; demonstrated ability to distill financial or PBM related concepts or situations into concise and compelling messages.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and create opportunities, develop effective selling messages, presentations, and proposals.
Interpersonal and leadership skills required to collaborate closely with senior executives on a routine basis.
Ability to quickly develop rapport and gain respect at all levels of an organization.
Experience and proven success with formulating, implementing, and sustaining client development efforts, and in building/expanding client relationships.
Strong capabilities with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
A bachelor's degree is required at a minimum.
