Sales/Operations Manager S&H Southeast

· Generate new business freight opportunities alongside VP of Sales

· Manage staff of two consistency of Fleet Manger + Customer Service Rep.

· Grow and develop business, staff, and drivers.

· Assist operations staff with all daily tasks including equipment management, load planning, customer management, and driver interaction

· Help establish communication guidelines between dispatch, customer service, drivers, and off-site management team

· Complete annual reviews and coaching sessions with staff and drivers

· Build relationships with drivers to maintain driver retention

· Increase revenue levels and new business opportunities

· Full oversite of S&H Florida 10 truck fleet

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
