Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring fiscal health, and driving sustainable growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and expertise in financial management, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations, including revenue cycle management, payroll management, and fiscal management.
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Lead regulatory reporting efforts to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Conduct business analysis to inform decision-making processes at the executive level.
Create financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize financial outcomes for the organization.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role.
Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, payroll management, fiscal management, risk analysis, regulatory reporting, market analysis, business analysis, financial modeling, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; an MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.

Pay: $147,163.00 - $162,606.00 per year
