Saluda Medical is a global medical device company focused on patient outcomes, science, and engineering to transform the neuromodulation industry through the development and commercialization of data-driven, personalized therapies for patients with chronic pain. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Contracts & Analytics, the primary role of this position is to support our Commercial and Sales Operations teams with any data analytics needs.

Accountabilities and Associated Responsibilities:

Support sales data analytics, sales operations, and salesforce territory alignment for US Field Team
Provide SalesForce (SFDC) support to Sales Team; develop resources to streamline recurring requests and enhance processes
Partner with sales leadership and commercial operations to develop and maintain performance targets and SalesForce account record attributes
Manage the review, production, and execution of purchase agreements and other contracts
Maintain clear, organized, and accurate SalesForce contract records
Partner with Saluda Customer Service to ensure customer onboarding and pricing accuracy
Support standardization and automation initiatives related to Power BI through cross-functional projects, partnerships

Essential Requirements:

Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of managing SalesForce account profiles, attributes, and records for a medical device vendor; 2+ years of experience managing territory alignments, customer onboarding, and account alignment; strong undersanding of SalesForce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), and it’s operational benefits
Pricing, and Contracts experience; familiarity with Spinal Cord Stimulation or other similar implantable devices strongly preferred
Minimum 6+ years professional experience, with 4 years of direct SalesForce Sales Operations experience; healthcare industry experience preferred
Ability to deliver on multiple workstreams with a high degree of accuracy and thoughtfulness
Excellent communication, project management, time management, and coaching skills
Accustomed to managing competing priorities, able to prioritize so that deadlines are met without sacrificing quality
Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of a medical device company, its stakeholders, and the commercial landscape
Ability to think creatively and strategically; able to anticipate, plan, and overcome potential challenges

Desirable Requirements:

Strong relationship management skills, with deep experience working alongside sales personnel
Previous medical device or healthcare manufacturing experience
