Sandata is seeking a Sales Operation Manager. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing the tools and processes that drive successful sales programs and projects. You will facilitate our CRM expansion, create advanced sales and activity reports, incentive and commission compensation management, as well as contract generation. You will bring sales efficiency across all channels and enable our teams to focus on growth opportunities.

What you do:

Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritizes opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
Creates accurate sales reports and effectively manages the distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
Monitors sales organization compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
Facilitate the implementation of the Sugar CRM system and ensure the sales teams are fully trained and knowledgeable.
Collaborate with sales teams and other teams to achieve revenue goals and other busine level KPI.
Proactively support requests related to sales data and systems.
Works to ensure all sales organization tasks are assigned and completed in a timely fashion.
Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.
Manages the commission compensation program.
Manages contract generation process.
Ensure security of personal health information (PHI) and report any violations or observations to management.

What you bring:

Minimum 3 - 5 years sales management or sales operations experience, preferably in tech sales environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with Sugar CRM or another CRM.
Fluency with Excel.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business requirements to technical stakeholders.
