*Job Summary*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic revenue generation (sales) team. This role requires high emotional intelligence, a tactical but ethical mindset, and the ability to enforce rules.

*Responsibilities*

- Engage with the company's various sales representative to help them abide by the sales rules.

- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize revenue.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals.

- Prepare regular reports on revenue performance, forecasts, and trends for management review.

- Lead initiatives to improve customer retention.

*Skills*

- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade compliance with protocols.

- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently per upper management's vision.

- Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques is a plus.

*Requirements*

Four year degree strongly preferred. Master's advantageous.
