The Role:

As part of a recent investment into the growth of our Sales Team, we’re looking for an experienced, mission driven member of the team to take ownership of our Salesforce Environment.

You’ll be responsible for partnering with our Leadership team to ensure they’re getting clear, actionable insight to aid in achieving our strategic goals

It’s a completely new position for us here at Satchel Pulse, so we’re looking for a bright, ambitious individual with a foundation of experience that’s looking for an opportunity to develop their skills within a rapidly scaling environment.

You’ll be entering an environment that’s open to change, incredibly fast paced, but in need of someone to take ownership of the data, workflows and reports within SalesForce.

Core Responsibilities:

Providing management with accurate and timely business analysis in support of a variety of business objectives using multiple sources of information.
Designing and developing advanced queries, bespoke reports and ad-hoc analysis in order to facilitate fact based business decisions.
Effectively utilising market share data to perform multiple types of business analyses.
Work with the appropriate cross-functional team members to establish common metrics and scorecards in support of key business objectives.
Serve as a functional expert to management by providing accurate and reliable information and analyses.
Provide ad-hoc analysis, reporting and data interpretation to key internal customers as necessary.
Design, develop and manage data models to support a variety of business requirements
Develop post promotional analysis using transactional data to determine the level of effectiveness and ROI of Sales Activities.

We’re looking for someone who fits these core requirements:

You are a creative, experienced Salesforce Administrator, with certifications
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably having owned software in the K-12 market
Experience or strong interest in our buyers: K-12 Superintendents, Administrators, Faculty, or Staff responsible for Social and Emotional Learning
You’ll have excellent time, meeting and change management experience.
You’ll be a natural relationship builder, using your expertise to engage with a diverse range of senior stakeholders.

Location - Fully Remote, covering US time zones

Salary - $60,000 + 10% bonus

Holidays - 15 days PTO + 10 days annual leave
