A unique opportunity exists to join our highly regarded Sales Team in this multifaceted role. Reporting to the State Sales Manager (WA), you will provide operational leadership and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Sales Department. You will have responsibility for continually improving sales activities and systems/processes to maximise enquiries whilst minimising sales cancellations. You will manage relationships with key builder partners and other external stakeholders and will work closely with our Project and Marketing teams to help ensure successful project outcomes.

To be considered for this role, you must have proven sales success within a land sales or new home sales setting and a sound knowledge of the WA property market. High levels of integrity, initiative, and commercial acumen are required as is a genuine passion for the core Satterley business. Experience with CRM systems is essential as is the possession of a current Real Estate Sales Registration and Driver’s Licence. Your availability to work occasional evenings and weekend days is critical to this role.
