As the Sales Analyst you'll have a strong track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven insights. Collaborating directly with the VP of RevOps and Enablement, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a motivated revenue team and help shape the future of our sales efforts at a fast growing K-12 EdTech company.

The impact you'll have:

Sales Performance Analysis – Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Sales Reporting - Prepare sales reports and presentations to provide insights into sales activities and performance trends.
Sales Forecasting - Assist in the sales forecasting process to support the sales teams in providing accurate sales projections and insights.
Commission Administration - Calculate booked revenue for commissions or bonuses for the sales team ensuring accurate and timely payments. Resolve discrepancies, and provide support in commission-related matters. Provide insights into commission payouts and sales performance.

What you'll bring:

3+ years of experience in a relevant field such as business, finance, marketing or data analytics
A highly motivated individual, flexibility toward change, and creative "can do" approach
Highly analytical with extreme attention to detail with an excellent ability to absorb, process and leverage data
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects or initiatives concurrently
Experience with data management and an understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques to drive insights and data-driven decision making
SaaS experience within an organization with multiple product offerings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interest in the education space
Preferred experience with Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, and commission software

U.S. Pay Range

$80,000—$95,000 USD

SchoolStatus intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, such as experience.
