Job Description:

Scope AR seeks a dynamic and analytical Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Revenue Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our GTM organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- GTM Process Optimization: Design, implement, and manage GTM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the customer acquisition lifecycle.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and performance metrics to provide the GTM and executive teams with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Revenue Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasting models and pipeline management processes.
- Tools Management: Oversee the implementation and utilization of sales tools and technologies, ensuring they are aligned with the sales strategy and drive productivity.
- Reporting: Create and deliver regular reports on sales performance, revenue metrics, and operational efficiency to key stakeholders.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for revenue growth initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in sales processes, policies, and tools.

Requirements:

- Experience: Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools and technologies; advanced Excel skills required.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver timely results.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and drive long-term sales operations and process enhancements.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
