Chief Revenue Officer
SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer for one of our clients located in New York City, NY and Salt Lake City, UT. Our client is Digital Marketing Agency and are only interested in candidates with experience in the same industry.

Candidates should be persuasive and have strong business acumen. They should have
significant business development experience and be adept at negotiating sound business relationships. They should possess excellent communication, relationship building, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The most important measure of success will be the acceleration of new customer sales growth.

Job Summary:

Lead all new business development efforts focusing on expanding growth at least 50% beyond the current growth rate. This includes being the driving force on all aspects of funnel management, from lead generation through onboarding of new clients.
Build relationships with key customers and influencers in our primary markets to increase the pace of viable referrals. Develop and strengthen existing relationships and uncover new strategic partnerships leading to increased lead generation and market share.
Raise the profile of the company by participating in appropriate industry events. The CRO will be responsible for formulating and executing our event strategy. This includes in-person events in our target industries as well as virtual events and presentations.
Manage and expand sales and marketing team.
Work with service group leaders to build revenue projections and ensure that we're signing enough clients each quarter to hit their targets.
Coordinate with service group leaders on business development materials, ongoing service innovation, content marketing, upsell strategies, etc.
Oversee content marketing program that includes our organic social media channels, website, and newsletters
Help shape the company’s long-term objectives and contribute to the evolution of our strategic road map by joining the leadership team (C-suite).
