Summary of Position

The Sales Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting NSS’ sales organization. This role will report to the Vice President of Sales Operations. The Sales Operations Manager role is to support multiple areas with regular and ad hoc business support and reporting. They will work closely with Sales and Finance to ensure and assist with Salesforce.com order management, data governance, data accuracy, and targeted reporting activities.

Responsibilities

Day to day management of Sales Operations Salesforce.com case queue that houses contract submissions, edit reviews, and general assistance requests

Assistance in maintaining data integrity of Salesforce.com and other sales systems Provide support and assistance for sales reps with defined sales processes

Engage with other corporate functions as required to solve problems on behalf of sales

Test and review sales process system enhancements throughout the year to ensure proper deployment

Manage and meet aggressive internal deadlines, and help juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications

Self-starter with ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment

5+ years of sales operations experience

Advance proficiency in Salesforce

Confident engaging with all levels of management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Capable skills in documentation of business requirements and user processes

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Research or related disciplines
