What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to join our team.

What you will be doing:
As a Director of RevOps at Semperis, you will be a key business partner to our Chief Revenue Officer and go to market team, responsible for sales strategy, planning and end-to-end execution of sales operational efficiency.

Own full process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics while delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales leadership
Manage territory segmentation, sales resource and incentive planning, rules of engagement and forecasting for the sales organization
Execute day to day operational priorities including but not limited to sales compensation, deal desk and data quality

Deliver analysis and materials to make recommendations for strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth for the business
Measure sales productivity and efficiency to uncover revenue growth levers
Collaborate with the business intelligence team to product and review actionable and accurate sales dashboards and insights
Work cross functionally supporting the GTM leadership team

What you will* bring to the table: *

7+ years of experience in sales operations at a high growth software company
Proven skills in go to market modeling, building territories, and setting targets
Excellent analytical skills with experience overseeing and managing business metrics, productivity and outcomes
Background in building channel programs and metrics

Excellent critical thinking, problem solving ability and attention to detail
Experience in high growth ambiguous environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities to meet business needs
Strong facilitation and negotiation skills, with a deep sense of accountability and ownership
