Job Description

ServiceTrade is seeking a MarTech Specialist / Marketing Operations Manager who has experience in marketing technology administration, data management, marketing automation, audience segmentation, and reporting. The company is deploying an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy and needs an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to work with primarily Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce, and Salesloft. Your curiosity in the company's overall techstack will ensure that the MarTech stack plays nicely with each department.

You'll be part of a team with expertise in sales operations, data analysis, marketing, and business analytics. You will report to the revenue operations manager. You'll also work closely with the director of marketing and create partnerships with each member of the marketing team. You'll find success in this role by helping the marketing team drive efficiency in the execution of programs and campaigns.

Job Duties

Implement 6Sense as our first ABM platform to build the company's ABM approach for buyer and customer journeys.
Design, build, and maintain ABM automation and measure effectiveness of each element of the program and the ABM strategy as a whole.
Oversee Marketing Automation system (Marketo) including the production of assets, integrations, tracking and reporting.
Execute nurturing and campaign email strategies, owning audience segmentation, email production, testing, and reporting in Marketo.
Ensure accurate attribution at each stage of the buying journey across campaigns and channels utilizing 6Sense, Marketo, and Salesforce.
Partner with marketing peers to launch campaigns and create reports and dashboards to measure impact and ROI.Maintain processes to support database health and growth, including contact and account enrichment, data hygiene, and data quality.

Requirements and Preferred Experience

5+ years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with modern MarTech stack (6Sense, Marketo, SalesLoft, Salesforce).
Experience in the strategy, design and implementation of the lead-to-revenue process; definitions, stages and statuses, data mapping and syncing, and SLAs.
Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze campaign performance data to optimize existing campaigns and channels, identify new opportunities and turn data into actionable insights.
Experience in defining and implementing a marketing attribution model, especially for high-volume, high-velocity SaaS businesses.
Excellent planning, project management, time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills - ability to think creatively, use sound judgement, and be bold when making business recommendations and decisions.
Strong communication and data storytelling skills with the leadership team and peers.
