They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead and expand their sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Leadership:

Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of motivation and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with product development and marketing strategies.

Revenue Growth:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to adjust the sales strategy and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.

Sales Team Management:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and professional development to ensure team success.

Sales Process and Efficiency:

Customer Relationship Management:

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the packaging and production machinery manufacturing industry or related sectors.
Strong understanding of Multipacking equipment, Liquid Fillers, Case Packaging, and Cartoning Equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
Experience with CRM and sales automation software.
