Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Location: Goregaon – Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 10 years of experience in financial management, business strategy, and compliance. The CFO will play a key role in financial planning, risk management, and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies to support business goals.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and corporate policies.
Manage cash flow, investments, and risk assessment.
Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Lead internal and external audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Optimize cost control measures and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business expansion and profitability.
Implement strong internal controls and corporate governance policies.
Oversee fundraising, investor relations, and capital allocation.

Key Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance.
Expertise in financial planning, risk management, and business strategy.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
