The Deal Desk Manager supports SheerID’s Sales, Finance and Legal functions by managing the contract lifecycle. This role will work primarily with the sales and customer success teams on sales contracts.

Role-Specific Job Duties

Prepare Order Forms for Sales and Customer Success.
Run margin analysis and approve pricing or gain stakeholder approvals.
Generate deal intake and executive dashboard to assist in deal approvals.
Review and approve straightforward contract redlines (within the playbook) or determine when contracts need to be sent for legal review.
Route contracts for signature.
Curiosity for and overview understanding on contract law and contract lifecycle.
Manage standard contract templates and version control.
Lead collaboration with Finance, Legal, Security, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Sales to consolidate business-level inputs for legal counsel.
Complete approval processes within Salesforce for deal and contract approvals.
Assist in maintaining the contract library, including finding and filing existing contracts in the correct location.
Update the CRM and ensure the sales and leadership teams always know where we are in the process. Provide actionable insights to help executives make data-driven decisions around contracts and contract process changes.
Analyze account information, historical usage, and contract terms with extreme attention to detail to support the customer success team with renewals and the sales team with upsells.
Partner with stakeholders to identify requirements for process improvements.
Maintain accurate client data throughout CRM (Salesforce) and other systems to ensure correct pricing and allocations and document pertinent transaction details. Ensure consistency and accuracy for all stages of the sales cycle.
Create and update internal departmental policies and playbooks and contribute ideas and innovations to improve existing systems, processes and procedures.
Establish strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Partner, Finance, Legal, and other internal and external resources as appropriate.

Required Skills/Experience

Experience (5 years) in SaaS contracts, specifically supporting the entire sales contract lifecycle.
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and talent for accuracy and precision.
Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and understand legal and financial implications.
Project experience; excellent follow-up and task management skills.
Understanding of SaaS businesses, specifically data processors.
Familairy with GDPR and CCPA.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Advanced level user experience in Salesforce CRM.
High level of professionalism and the ability to build relationships and interact at all levels and cross-functionally.
Demonstrates good judgment in problem-solving and issue escalation.
