Our client, a successful technology company based near Maidenhead, is looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join their team on a 12 month FTC.

The successful candidate will be supporting the wider Group Revenue Team with reporting and analysis. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service Teams.

Good Excel Skills Are Essential.

Responsibilities include:

To act as the Salesforce Administrator, capturing issues via Zendesk as a first point of contact, escalating to Level 2 Support where necessary
Producing a monthly Sales Operations report
To ensure data contained within Salesforce is kept up to date, supporting the team where needed
To work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to produce reports and dashboards
To manage and coordinate the inbound lead process, distributing leads in a timely manner
To provide admin support
Working closely with Finance and Customer Service departments to resolve issues and queries
General administration duties

Skills Required Desirable

Salesforce experience - 1st level support, admin, report and dashboard creation
Visio experience
Power BI experience

Skills Required Essential

Analytical and data-oriented mindset
Microsoft Office experience - specifically Excel (pivot tables/lookups) Word & PowerPoint
Proactive and self-motivated
Detail and accuracy orientated with a challenging/inquisitive mindset
Able to prioritise workload and stay organised
Ability to work with cross functional teams, e.g., Sales, Finance, Service Desk, Commercial, etc. at multiple levels
Advanced communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and take initiative
