As Vice President of Sales Operations, you will be reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of building high-performance sales operations teams, streamlining processes, and implementing scalable solutions to support and accelerate the sales function’s success. This role requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate with cross- function teams and drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

10+ years in a sales operations or related role, with a proved track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Team leadership – ability to build, motivate and lead world class teams.
Demonstrated success in building and leading sales operations teams in the cybersecurity industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed business decisions.
Process and metrics implementation and execution experience.
Results-oriented, driven, and self-motivated, with a passion for sales excellence and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in sales, CRM, and BI systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Tableau, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead high-performing sales operations team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities. Do you have experiences to share? We have a great SalesOps team and ops functions across each department.
Strategic planning: Work closely with the CRO and CEO on short-medium-long term planning to help the sales team sell more effectively today and scale up as we continue to grow. This is a sales driven and customer first culture.
Data driven decisions: Optimize sales forecasting & performance reports, create budget & compensation plans, and proactively hunt for insights to double down on things that work or address small issues before they become big problems. Do you know Tableau? We have a BI initiative!
Productivity & efficiency: Evaluate and improve sales processes, workflows, and systems to drive efficiency and productivity. We have product-market-fit, 100+% year-over-year growth, a sales process that works, and a great sales team. Can you help make us grow even faster?
Solution management & optimization: Manage and optimize best of breed tools in sales, channel, and sales engineering as well as cross-functional projects across the organization with Finance, Customer Success, HR, Product Management, and Marketing.
SKO, QBR, BOD planning: Manage meeting operations, content, and coordinate with employee experience team.
