The role will entail driving fanatic growth for the platform. Looking for someone who has extensive experience building data driven (KPI/Metrics) sales teams to drive exponential growth.

This is an exciting role for an individual looking to leverage their past experience to have the ability to work on a total talent management/VMS solution for the future. The individual will be responsible for driving revenue across industries and verticals. We prefer someone who has global experience.

It is required to have experience selling SAAS technologies or platforms. Unfortunately, we are not able to hire someone with just selling talent services experience thought there might be other roles where you might a fit.

The role:

The role will involve creating market strategies and build sales teams/processes to drive expected goals and targets. Should be able to handle and deliver aggressive company goals and objectives. The role will involve hiring, developing and mentoring sales teams globally. You should be able to start with a small team, be hands on initially and grow the team very quickly.

The primary responsibility would include identifying and selling direct sourcing solutions to prospective clients across US and global markets.
Work closely with executive leadership to build go to market strategy.
Work closely with the inside sales team in building leads gen process.
Work closely with our sales enablement teams to collaborate on RFP responses, demos and all the way to closing the deal.
Participate in industry events to drive engagement with prospects and current customers.
Ability to understand the current state of client's environment and propose appropriate solution that drives the best value and outcomes for our clients.
Should have excellent analytical and communication skills.
Should be highly motivated for success and have a go-getter attitude. Should be high energy with strong customer skills.
Ability to achieve team weekly/monthly metrics and overall revenue targets.
Ability to work independently with strong focus on driving outcomes and results.
Minimum 10-12 years' experience selling direct sourcing, talent platforms or contingent workforce/total talent platforms.
Should have experience building and managing large sales teams.
Minimum bachelor's degree in business, science or other relevant disciplines.
Ability to multi-task and meet all deadlines.
