We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager with an established track record providing sales teams with the metrics and data they need to help generate revenue.

Revenue Operations Manager Responsibilities:

Develop, track, and continuously optimize customer targeting, segmentation, and coverage models
Increase sales and marketing productivity by improving and enforcing processes and overseeing and evolving the technology stack
Enable robust sales intelligence through metric and dashboard management, data governance, and business analytics
Support sales leadership with quota/goal setting, performance management, and sales compensation effectiveness
Facilitate sales specialization by reinforcing role definitions and organizing collaboration between teams
Establish and manage a sales training, onboarding, and certification program

Revenue Operations Manager Qualifications:

3+ years experience in a Sales Ops, Business Ops/Analysis, or relevant Management Consulting role
Demonstrated expertise in quantitative analysis and process implementation and/or improvement
MBA preferred
