Responsibilities * Responsible for overall event- and project coordination, including managing scheduling, assigning tasks, budget management * Create strategy for digital selling & training * Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing project health analysis, significant issue tracking, and communication with project team, business lines, and management levels on a regular basis * Identifies risks and proposes contingency & mitigation plans * Adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of business * Gather requirements, define proper project scopes, find resources and manage resource allocation for projects * Create sales related reportings and analysis Qualifications * Project Management experience in a client delivery/services company * Excellent client facing interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written * Have excellent relationship building and communications skills * Work autonomously and lead cross functional teams to deliver results * Proactively identify issues, process improvements, and problem solving to design the best solutions in digital selling * Have proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments * Proven Excel skills are a must * Proven experience with CRM tools such as Oracle BI and Salesforce are a plu

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
