Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, driving business development, and ensuring the sales team meets its targets.

Responsibilities
-Create action plans to grow the business through relations in the community and community outreach initiatives

-Understand local market and successfully integrate the Sky Zone brand to drive revenue.

-Deliver on the park's monthly goals

-Function as MOD and confidently function in and train all Team member roles and responsibilities

-Other duties as assigned

Experience
- Proven ability to motivate a team and drive culture to create results
- Ability to solve problems under pressure while maintaining a fun, friendly environment
- Previous experience in a Guest-facing environment
- Previous sales and marketing experience required
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
