As we expand, we seek an exceptional CFO to lead our financial strategy, scale operations, and drive long-term financial growth and sustainability. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, ensuring fiscal strength, investor confidence, and profitability while supporting innovation and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Financial Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with growth objectives, R&D investments, and market expansion.
Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, risk management, and capital allocation to optimize revenue and profitability.
Establish financial KPIs to measure company performance and guide executive decision-making.
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on fundraising, M&A opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

Investor Relations & Fundraising

Develop and manage relationships with investors, banks, venture capital firms, and private equity partners.
Perform fundraising efforts, including equity, debt financing, and strategic investments.
Prepare and deliver investor presentations, financial reports, and board-level communications.
Ensure compliance with SEC, GAAP, IFRS, and other financial regulations for investor confidence.

Financial Planning & Risk Management

Implement robust financial controls, compliance, and governance frameworks to safeguard company assets.
Assess financial risks and mitigation strategies, including foreign exchange exposure, market volatility, and operational risks.
Ensure tax efficiency, cost optimization, and financial sustainability.
Oversee cash flow management, expense control, and working capital optimization.

Operations & Scaling

Drive cost efficiencies and scalability in manufacturing, supply chain, and global operations.
Lead financial systems implementation, automation, and process improvements.
Oversee ERP system selection and implementation to streamline financial operations.
Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations.

Team Leadership & Culture

Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Promote a data-driven decision-making culture, ensuring alignment between financial performance and business objectives.
Work closely with engineering, R&D, and sales to support company growth strategies.

What You’ll Bring

10+ years of executive financial leadership and startup experience, ideally in automotive, aerospace, AI technology, cybersecurity, or manufacturing.
CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred, with deep expertise in corporate finance, FP&A, and M&A transactions.
Proven track record in capital fundraising, investor relations, and driving financial strategies for high-growth companies.
Experience scaling manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D investments in AI-driven security solutions.
Strong knowledge of global financial compliance, risk management, and regulatory reporting (GAAP, IFRS, SEC, ISO 26262, and SOX compliance).
Strategic mindset with the ability to optimize cash flow, enhance revenue streams, and drive cost efficiencies.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
