Position:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for the effectiveness and productivity of the sales force as well as the internal facing tools and processes they utilize in their day-to-day activities. You will maintain strong working relationships with all relevant internal teams as well as external customers and organizations to help ensure the efficiency and success of the sales team. You will also oversee the peripheral sales processes (as well as their associated training requirements) including account-based marketing and sales enablement/acceleration.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement sales processes and products including pipelines, forecasts, and budgeting reports
Lead the consolidation and deliverables of all required reporting/analytics
Ensure strategic alignment with leadership’s goals for the sales organization; make recommendations regarding methodology, new hires, tools, and timelines
Collaborate directly the CRO and senior sales/business development team on process refinement and improvement
Lead effort to improve the sales program and develop timelines, goals, and ROIs for projects
Partner with Executive team to understand the firm’s strategic vision and ensures that the firm’s internal sales tools (most notably the customer relationship management tool) is capable of, and configured to, execute on that vision
Partner with CRO to ensure continuous efficiency and efficacy of the sales organization by making recommendations regarding team design, structure, training, etc.
Design and implement SkySafe sales force training plan; Ensure the plan is updated and encompasses all changes in goals and structure the company experiences
Make recommendation regarding internal software and systems, insofar as they relate to sales, ordering, invoicing, and customer service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, Sales or related field
5+ years' experience or more supporting B2B data-driven sales organization in a complex sales environment
Strong strategy, planning, organizational and multitasking skills
Problem solver with the ability to identify solutions to complex business issues
Self-managed, responsive and able to work in a virtual team environment
Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Effectively exercises influence at all levels of the organization
Strong collaborator; comfortable operating in a matrix organization and rallying disparate groups
Expert in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets/PowerPoint, etc.
Experience configuring and administering HubSpot for Sales and supporting business processes such as opportunity management
Highest level of integrity and good judgment with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information.
