SmarTek21 is looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will be responsible for optimizing the success of SmarTek21 sales organization by managing sales goals, projections, and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be developing, implementing, and facilitating the sales processes for the sales organization
Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts and maintaining the sales pipeline
Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
Manage the CRM tool Monday.com to maximize opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
Own the data and reporting of the resource plans that will roll up to revenue reporting and forecasting
Meet with revenue owners and delivery to ensure correct reporting and categorizing of signed revenue
Lead and coordinate all sales closing activities such as SOW, MSA, and NDA
Review with Legal all vendor onboarding documents and process with client procurement
Ensure an accurate and timely report of committed revenue to resourcing needs and recruitment activities
Work with Marketing on taking content and driving lead gen campaigns and activities
Maintain all sales proposal content and presentations to create consistency of presentation materials

Research, analysis, and problem-solving skills to understand sales and consumer data
Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
Be able to create optimized sales process as needed
Technology skills to use/own CRM-Monday.com and automation tools in daily processes
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience
